15-foot-high burnt-orange cone with tiny windows and a door. Resembles a gnome's hat. Supposedly built as an ice cream stand circa 1930. Now stands along a mountain highway in the middle of nowhere.

Pink Cone of Pocahontas County The Cone was built between 1920 and 1930. Many local think it may have been used as a gas station or even an ice cream shop. The structure stands about 15 feet high and it is a mystery to many of the locals because there is no sign or plaque describing what the structure is.
