Perpetually Painted Rock
You know a place is pretty laid back when this is listed in the tourist brochure as a "featured island attraction." The story is that anyone at any time can paint what they want on this rock, so the rock is always changing. This solves any graffiti problem. The rock has its own Facebook page.
