Rudy's Drive-in was originally an A&W Root Beer stand, and the bear on roller skates is actually a repurposed statue of the A&W Great Root Bear.

There's a friendly bear on roller skates outside of a drive-in named Rudy's. This draws in many people taking pictures. The food is good, too!
